Spam Filtering
MailWatch incorporates Brightmail Anti-Spam with more than twenty other scanning methodologies to provide an anti-spam filtering service that consistently catches over 97% of spam with an accuracy rate of only one mistakenly blocked message ("false positive") in every one million messages – guaranteed. more
Anti-Virus Scanning
Our anti-virus scanning combines McAfee Anti-Virus with our own proprietary systems to provide an effective anti-virus service that blocks over 95,000 known viruses, and is automatically updated to keep pace with the average of 400 new viruses that are launched each month. more
Policy Enforcement
Create an unlimited number of policy rules to ensure that employees comply with your corporate email-use policies and safeguard your company from the loss of confidential information, the distribution of inappropriate messages and the potential breech of regulatory requirements. more
Delivery Control and Continuity
Never lose an email. MailWatch queues your messages in the event your network is down, and delivers the emails in a controlled fashion when your email systems come back up. Delivery control also lets you specify how emails should be handled in the event a policy is breached. more
Data Archiving
Storing your emails is always a good idea, and in some industries it is a requirement. Since MailWatch scans all inbound and outbound emails and automatically stores them for seven days, we can easily archive your emails to off-site storage for retrieval at a later time. more
Web Administration
MailWatch is administered through a web-portal where you can set custom policies and generate reports to measure the performance of the service. If you want an effective solution that can be administered by a non-technical user, choose the Professional Edition. If you want full control to set an unlimited number of custom policies and create your own reports, choose the Enterprise Edition. more
